Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mowing Crew Lead to oversee daily lawn maintenance operations. This role is responsible for leading a crew, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and takes pride in producing clean, professional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a mowing crew to complete scheduled routes efficiently and on time
- Operate commercial lawn equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ensure all properties are serviced to company quality standards
- Train and support crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate with management regarding job progress, delays, or customer concerns
- Ensure all job sites are left clean and professional in appearance
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping (Required)
- Ability to operate commercial mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

Schedule:
