Position: Credit Controller at Famous Brands
Introduction
The collection of credit within the accepted period of settlement in order to maximize the profit of the company and to ensure the prompt follow-up to all collections proceed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Dealing with day-to-day queries.
Releasing of orders.
Sending out weekly and or monthly statements.
Timeous follow up for non-payment by both telephonically as well as email.
Prepare debit order run.
Allocation of payments against respective invoices.
Perform recons where necessary.
Weekly meetings with ops.
Building of relationships with the customer.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Formal Education:
Minimum of matric certificate.
Experience:
A minimum of four years’ experience in credit control with a good knowledge of Excel.
