Construction Laborer
Position: Construction Laborer
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate has some prior construction experience and is interested in expanding their skills across a wide range of residential and/or commercial construction work.
Our company self-performs the majority of our work, giving our employees the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nearly every phase of construction—from foundations and concrete work to framing, finish carpentry, and final details.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction activities and jobsite preparation
- Perform demolition, excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Assist with foundation and concrete work, including forming, placing, and finishing
- Assist carpenters with framing, trim, doors, cabinetry, and fine finish work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
- Follow directions from foremen and project supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Learn and assist with various phases of construction as needed
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
Qualifications
- Some previous construction experience required
- Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and jobsite practices
- Comfortable performing physical labor and working outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to lift and carry materials and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is a plus

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
