Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Roofers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
– Install new roofs on commercial buildings
– Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
– Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
– Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
– Install insulation and vapor barriers on roofs
– Apply waterproof coatings to protect roofs from moisture
– Clean and maintain work area and equipment
– Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing.
- Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong physical condition and the ability to work at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.25 – $66.21 per hour
