Your role and responsibilities
CVA Representative: Focus on acquiring new CVA clients and transitioning existing IASP clients to adopt the new CVA program. Collaborate closely with CVA Leaders in markets and Software Licensing Leaders at the market level for optimal outcomes.
Drive Revenue Growth: Contribute to IBM’s growth by ensuring accurate partner/client reporting and resolving reporting issues related to deployments and software not deployed. Work closely with IBM Sales and stakeholders to help drive business results.
Collaborate with Clients and Partners: Work with clients and business partners to define and prioritize the CVA program execution roadmap based on market trends, feedback, and business goals.
Customer Feedback Integration: Gather insights from clients and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable improvements for the CVA program.
Ensure Program Alignment: Ensure the WW CVA Program aligns with IBM’s GTM organizational priorities and evolving client needs.
Foster a Customer-First Mindset: Promote a ‘customer-first’ culture by delivering impactful results through the CVA program, exceeding client expectations.
Required technical and professional expertise
Proven success in building partnerships and driving business results, with sales and business development experience.
Understanding of IBM Software Contracts, especially ELAs, and experience with IBM Software License Terms, SAM practices, and IBM’s IASP Deployment program.
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.
Sales and negotiation skills, capable of negotiating at a Partner C-Level or Client Executive level, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
