A very busy body shop in Midrand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Liaison tojoin our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuringeffective communicationand a seamless repair process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss vehicle damage and repair needs.
Prepare and present accurate repair estimates and quotes.
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of repairs and address inquiries promptly.
Assist clients with insurance claims and coordinatecommunicationwith insurance adjusters.
Ensure repairs meet high-quality standards through final inspections.
Educate clients about the repair process and vehicle maintenance.
Address and resolve customer complaints, implementing feedback forcontinuous improvement.
Foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage scheduling logistics.
Inform clients about additional services offered by the body shop.
Qualifications:
Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Customer-focusedwith apositive attitude.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in afast-paced environment.
