CDL Operator – Truck Driver Jobs in Willcox, AZ at Olson’s Greenhouse
Olson’s Greenhouse is a family-oriented business that values both employees and families. We are one of the largest bedding plant operations in the Intermountain West, shipping to Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Texas, Utah and Wyoming.
We are currently seeking full-time, hourly, CDL drivers for our WILLCOX, ARIZONA facility. Drivers are usually home weekly.
Candidates must meet the following criteria for consideration:
- As per Department of Transportation regulations, you must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a Class “A” Commercial Drivers’ License in state of residence.
- Fewer than 3 citations in the last 3 years; all traffic violations within the last 24 months will be reviewed.
- No alcohol related driving offenses in the last 5 years. NO alcohol related driving offenses while holding a CDL, regardless of age.
- Pass a mandatory drug screen, have no record of a positive drug test with any previous employer.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Truck Driving required 1-year verifiable driving experience driving a tractor unit and semi-trailer. Drivers must be able to perform all duties with accuracy and efficiency. Driver will operate semi tractor-trailer truck to/from specific destinations; maneuver trucks into and out of loading and unloading positions. Driver must possess the ability to read a map, use GPS and successfully navigate to a specific location, complete electronic logbook, regularly climb up and down, on, into and out of tractor and trailers, complete pre-and post-trip inspection and paperwork on trucks and trailers. Clean soiled lights, windows, and mirrors. Add oil and engine fuel, as needed. Must be able and willing to drive in snow or hazardous weather conditions. May also drive other types of company vehicles.
License: Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL (Required). Worker must also provide a written copy of driving record.
Employer paid, post-employment, random, upon suspicion and post-accident drug testing required. Any worker who fails a mandatory drug test and is unable to obtain the required licensing as a result will be terminated.
Employers conduct a post-employment DOT physical, background check and MVR check.
Must have proficiency in English to communicate, read and comprehend traffic signage, and interact with roadway officials.
Pay: $26.25 per hour
