Now Hiring for Company Trainer/Mentor – Avg. 3500-4500 Miles Weekly
- .79 CPM (.55 CPM + .20 CPM Trainer Pay + .04 Performance Bonus)
- Up to 1300$ in Bonuses per Student
- Trainers float between Dedicated Routes – All East of Texas
- Out 10-14 Days – Home 3-4 Days ( Can take longer if needed)
- Mentor can recommend early upgrade at 80-100 drive hours
- Time to upgrade should range between 14-16 days but no specific requirement is in place
You can swap back and forth from Training to Solo Driving
70% Drop & Hook – All Dry Van – No touch run
No Forced dispatch
3 Months Class A OTR Experience
No SAP or Former SAP (Substance Abuse Program)
(We try to Pair Women Trainers with Women Students)
Pay: $2,765.00 – $3,555.00 per week
