We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cage Cashier to join our dynamic team at the casino. The Cage Cashier plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions for guests, including deposits, withdrawals, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with casino policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during transactions.
- Handle cash, chips, and other financial instruments securely, ensuring proper cash handling protocols are followed.
- Assist with banking duties, including preparing bank deposits and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the cage area while adhering to safety and security protocols.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in a casino setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

- Experience with cash handling, cashiering, or banking practices is highly desirable.
