Compensation:
Competitive base pay of $20/hour with performance incentives, providing the opportunity to earn $40,000-$70,000+ annually.
Essential Duties:
- Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing
- Clearly communicate the benefits of Pella’s products and services, focusing on window and door replacement solutions
- Educate potential customers about the free in-home consultation and what to expect during their appointment
- Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with a Pella in-home remodeling consultant
- Record and maintain accurate information on homeowner interactions using company-provided tools or software
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals
- Represent the Pella brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices
- Follow company safety and compliance guidelines while working in the field
- Provide feedback to management on homeowner responses, lead quality, and neighborhood conditions
Qualifications:
- Strong and highly developed verbal communication skills
- Comfortable, confident and poised speaking in public
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on career growth
- Open to learning new skills across different fields
- Outgoing and enjoys working with people
- Thrives in a competitive team environment
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
Pay: $20.00 per hour
