Call Centre Agent – Mangwanani Head Office (Ballito)
Mangwanani Head Office, located in Ballito, is seeking Call Centre agent. You will be required to make reservation’s for the Spa’s nationally. Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online channels, providing information about availability, rates, packages, and amenities, and assisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences and requirements. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support from start to finish, ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently.
Key Performance Areas / Specific Duties
Have a thorough knowledge of all Mangwanani packages, promotions, locations, collection points, and related offerings.
Answer incoming calls and assist customers in their specific enquiries i.e. availability, voucher redemptions, venue information, package information
Create further interest in the company’s services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered.
Provide a high level of personalized customer service.
Address any issues or concerns customers have regarding their bookings, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and packages
Ensure that customers feel valued, listened to, and satisfied with their experience.
Upsell the various Mangwanani packages
Requirements
· Computer literate
· Have a strong command of the English language
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Have excellent administration skills
· Have excellent interpersonal skills to develop a relationship with clients over the phone.
· Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
· Able to work quickly and accurately
· Previous call center experience is a must (2 years)
