We have an exciting opportunity in our Agri Services & Relations Business Division and we’re seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.
The role will serve primarily (but not limited to) the Ceres / Worcester (Breede River Valley) and Elgin area. (The position can reside in any of the servicing areas or surrounds.)
Job Specification
Reporting into the Divisional Executive Services & Relations, the incumbent would be responsible for Relationship Management with our key agricultural customers, making sure that customers are served according to the Company’s practices and standards.
Minimum Requirements
BSc (Agricultural Economics) or related field
4 years’ experience in the agri-business industry, specifically within the packaging material environment
Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent sales management aptitude including advanced negotiation skills

Develop and implement strategies to build strong business relationships with existing and new customers
Initiate Agri solutions for customers leading to increased Agri sales in line with sales target within the River System

Promote and sell our company’s product offering and other related services to customers
Compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulations
Leveraging Culture & Diversity
Ensure customers receive excellent service and support
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities
Digital Transformation
Identify and collect data from internal & external sources to support customer relationship management
Using data for B2B interaction leading to business growth
