What you’ll do:
As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be identifying growth opportunities, expanding our market presence, and building strategic partnerships. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue by developing relationships with key stakeholders, securing new business, and optimizing our expansion strategy.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential partners, distributors, and key accounts.
Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for expansion.
Develop sales strategies and outreach campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business development efforts and optimize customer experience.
Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to maximize profitability and brand presence.
Who you are:
You have a strong ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
You are a natural communicator who can build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.
You have experience with lead generation, sales outreach, and market research.
We’d especially love to speak with you if:
You have previously worked in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in a remote and distributed team.
You have experience working with FMCG, retail, or international distribution networks.
