What You’ll Do
- Install fiberglass batts, blown cellulose, spray foam, and other insulation materials in walls, ceilings, attics, floors, and crawl spaces.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials precisely using hand tools, power tools, and safety gear.
- Work closely with construction crews to assess needs, solve challenges, and deliver top-notch results on residential and commercial builds.
- Follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and the team safe every day.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience installing insulation (spray foam, fiberglass, cellulose) is a big plus—but we’re happy to train motivated candidates with construction background.
- Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player who takes pride in quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (jobsites around Erie and surrounding areas).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods and ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
