Restoration Technician (Future Crew Chief)

Mr. Dry Restoration is the cousin company to Mr. Drippy Plumbing. When disasters happen, Mr. Drippy stops the leak and Mr. Dry fixes the damage.
We’re hiring a Restoration Technician who wants to grow into a Crew Chief as the company expands.
What You’ll Do
Start as a Restoration Technician, responsible for:
- Responding to water, sewage, and emergency losses
- Water extraction and cleanup
- Demo
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
- Jobsite cleanup and documentation
- Working in occupied homes with professionalism and care
- Following safety procedures and company systems
As you prove yourself, you’ll be trained to:
- Run jobs instead of just working them
- Manage equipment, paperwork, and job flow
- Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Train and lead technicians
- Step into a Crew Chief role
Growth is real, but it’s earned.
Schedule & Availability (Important)
This is restoration work. On-call rotation is required, and weekend/after-hours work will happen — disasters don’t wait for business hours. If you need a strict 9–5, this role will not be a good fit.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Coachable attitude
- Willingness to work in emergency situations
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift, demo, and work in physical conditions
- Restoration experience or IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) are a plus, not required
- Desire to grow into leadership
