5+ years MINIMUM of bread baking, mixing, and management experience IN A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN/BAKERY. MAJOR opportunity for growth. Must have extensive knowledge about all types of breads/doughs. You must have open availability and be able to work on weekends/holiday weeks, as well as early mornings/overnights-this is required for this position. Come work in our fun, fast paced bakery. References will be checked.
