Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for owner review
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Provide general support ie ordering parts, maintaining inventory, and other duties as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
- Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with clerical duties
- Technical proficiency in data entry, file management, and productivity software tools
- Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
