Job summary
We are seeking a detail – orientated and reliable Bookkeeper Assistant to support our financial operations
Key responsibilities
Reconcile Creditors
Monitor and manage petty cash and other small accounts
invoicing in relation to Rental properties
Capture supplier credit notes
Capture supplier invoices where necessary
Answering the switchboard
Stationary management
Booking travel and accommodation
General administration duties
Filing
Requirements
Exposure to a similar position will be beneficial
intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R12Â 000,00 per month
