Bilingual Warehouse Operations Assistant-Mandarin Chinese/English
1st Shift: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our client’s team in Bolingbrook IL.
This is a full-time opportunity on the 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
Bilingual Warehouse Operations Assistant Job Duties May Include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and timely using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Coordinating daily inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse operations
- Preparing shipping documents, Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, shipping labels, and related documentation
- Communicating with customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, inventory inquiries, and special requests
- Monitoring order progress and resolving shipment discrepancies promptly
- Performing inventory adjustments, investigating inventory discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Coordinating with transportation providers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Maintaining customer files, shipping records, and operational documentation
- Scheduling appointments for inbound deliveries and outbound shipments
- Supporting cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activities
- Responding professionally to customer emails and phone inquiries
- Providing administrative and operational support to warehouse management
- Completing additional duties as assigned by management
Bilingual Warehouse Operations Assistant Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a 3PL warehouse environment
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Bilingual English/ Mandarin Chinese required.
