Position Summary
The Payment Specialist plays a critical role in supporting both payment operations and account resolution at Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS). This position operates in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment, assisting customers with parking notices, processing payments, and resolving concerns.
This role requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience across a diverse customer base. Delivering a high-quality customer experience is a core expectation, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls related to parking notices and payments
- Deliver a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused customer experience on every interaction
- Process payments accurately while ensuring clarity and confidence for the customer
- Assist customers with understanding notices, disputes, and next steps
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution as needed
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously (payment platforms, CRM, notice systems)
- Apply sound judgment and critical thinking while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance standards
Performance Expectations
Successful Payment Specialists consistently:
- Handle approximately 75-90+ calls per day, with top performers demonstrating sustained high productivity
- Maintain efficient workflow with minimal downtime between calls
- Deliver a high-quality, professional, and empathetic customer experience on every interaction
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing payments and resolving customer concerns
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and strong attendance
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback and process changes
- Contribute to both team performance and revenue outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while on live calls
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Typing speed of approximately 40 WPM
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Preferred
- Experience handling payments, account resolution, or escalated customer interactions
- Experience working in performance-driven environments with productivity expectations
Work Environment & Requirements
- Onsite position located in Centennial, CO
- Background check required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation required for consistent onsite attendance
- Candidates must reside locally or be willing to relocate prior to start date
- Reliable attendance is essential due to operational demands
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
