Key Responsibilities:
– Greet guests On Board Cruise Ship in a friendly and professional manner
– Take and deliver drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
– Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
– Maintain a clean and organized bar area
– Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
– Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
– Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
– Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests
Qualifications:
– Minimum of one year experience in a similar role preferred
– Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their proper serving techniques
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Must be able to stand for long periods of time
