Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Centurion. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include managing food service and beverage offerings, coordinating with staff, supervising customer service to ensure satisfaction, handling budgetary responsibilities, and delivering team training to maintain operational excellence.

- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a satisfying guest experience

- Effective leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site hospitality environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred
