**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Baker, with at least 2 years experience at a prior bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, and early morning production.
**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts
– Ability to work alone, and early mornings, shift starts 5am-6am
– Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
– Operate kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
– Package and present baked goods attractively
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Provide excellent customer service
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience working in a kitchen environment
– Knowledge of culinary techniques and baking methods
– Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen tools
– Strong customer service skills
– Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
