We’re hiring an Entry Level Customer Representative to join our growing team representing AT&T products and services.
This is a people-focused position for someone who is outgoing, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face. Spanish is required, but you do not need to speak perfectly—we’re looking for someone who can comfortably communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.
No previous wireless or telecommunications experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and develop your customer service and sales skills.
What You’ll Do
- Speak directly with customers and identify their wireless and service needs
- Explain AT&T products, services, plans, and current promotions
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with selecting options that fit their needs
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Learn and stay current on AT&T products and services
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team goals
