A world-renowned organisation is looking for an Associate Engineer – Highways. The main purpose of the role is to lead a team and provide technical management towards the company’s projects and its key cliental.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Co-ordinates and provides technical management for mid-large size projects.
Manages technical client relationships and plays a major role in selling.
Leads technical business development work.
Provides specialised technical input to studies and design for staff’s specific area of expertise.
Approves and signs off on work.
Leads in one or more areas of technology.
Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule and oversees technical resources to meet requirements on large, complex projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University / Master of Science / Engineering.
12+ Years’ experience after obtainment of Qualification of which 3+ years should be in a supervisory role.
Professionally registered as an Engineer with ECSA or relevant professional body.
Must have previous Highway Design experience and is expected to have experience in managing Senior Engineers.
