Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring an Industrial Assembly Technician in Boise, Idaho
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support daily shop operations, assemble industrial heating products, and assist with shipping and receiving activities. This is an excellent full-time opportunity offering on-the-job training, competitive pay, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Great opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills!
Pay and schedule: $18.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
What you’ll do:
- Support daily shop operations and production workflow
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including packaging, shipping, and delivering materials to the appropriate departments
- Read and interpret measurements for production and assembly work
- Assemble industrial heating products according to specifications
- Cut stainless steel and titanium tubing
- Deburr materials and prepare components for assembly
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and air tools
- Build crates and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Identify production issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Some previous knowledge or experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with team members and management
- Ability to follow instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures
- Must be drug-free
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
