Roto-Rooter Plumbers is growing! We’re looking for a Lead Water Restoration Technician to join our team of professionals in our Water Cleanup division!
Ideal candidate will be a hard worker who understands the ins and outs of water damage and mitigation.
IICRC Certification is a MUST! Knowledge of Xactimate is a plus!
Salary – $24 hourly – based on experience!
As a Lead Water Restoration Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to daily emergency services.
- Communicate job process with customers and answer questions accordingly.
- Water Extraction.
- Performing demolitions
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
- Setting up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
- Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
- Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
- Maintaining dry logs and scope sheets
- Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily.
- Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions.
- Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
- Driving company vehicle as needed.
- Upholding all company safety policies.
- Upholding all company policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements include:
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Strong customer service focus & able to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
