Skybridge Delivery is hiring reliable, energetic, and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Broomfield, CO. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great opportunity for you.
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll operate a company-provided delivery van, pick up packages from our warehouse, and safely deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the local area. You’ll play an important role in creating a great customer experience while working as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented operation.
No CDL is required — this is a Non-CDL Driver position.
Pay & Location
- Starting Pay: $21.75 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Location: 4555 E 37th St, Loveland, CO 80538
- Company-provided delivery van
- Company fuel card provided
- No CDL required
What You’ll Do
As a Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely deliver 300+ packages per day
- Pick up and organize packages at the warehouse before beginning your route
- Operate a company-provided delivery van safely and professionally
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- Use a smartphone, GPS, and route-management technology
- Load, unload, lift, and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- Work efficiently in a variety of weather conditions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly fueled company vehicle
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Follow all company safety and delivery procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Support fellow drivers and contribute to a positive team environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- Typical shifts run from approximately 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Full-Time schedules generally include 3–4 days per week
- Part-Time schedules generally include 2–3 days per week
- At least one weekend day is required
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is preferred
- Fast-paced, active work environment
- Most of your day will be spent driving, walking, lifting, and making deliveries

Delivery Driver Requirements
To qualify for this Non-CDL Driver position, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check
- Successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Successfully pass a 4-panel drug screening (marijuana is not tested)
- Be comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and delivery technology
- Be able to lift, push, pull, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- Be able to remain on your feet and active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Have reliable attendance and transportation to and from the warehouse
- Have weekend availability
Delivery Driver Experience
Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required.
We provide paid training to help new Delivery Drivers learn our routes, equipment, safety procedures, and delivery process. Whether you have previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Non-CDL Driver, Courier, Route Driver, Package Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role, we encourage you to apply.
