Position: Administrator – 4 Month Temp Position
Our client is requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support their team for a period of four months. The successful candidate must have strong computer experience, au fait with Excel and accurate with data checking.

Duties and Responsibilities
Filing, scanning, saving documents and uploading onto their system
Checking documents and identifying shipments
Working from a list
Checking container information from Navis (Transnet system) and updating their system.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in an administrative or office support role
Navis experience – advantageous
MS Office
Skills Required

Attention to detail
