Position Overview:
As a member of Warehouse/ Program Development, the Youth and Senior Programs Compliance and Fulfillment/Warehouse Coordinator works to optimize departmental compliance, inventory control, and fulfillment procedures while actively monitoring and expanding current Youth and Senior Programs’ community outreach capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fulfillment/Inventory Control/Warehousing
- Ensure YSP orders to be shipped are accurately prepared/staged within appropriate timeframes
- Process YSP orders through Primarius Inventory Control system
- Assist with the proper receiving of YSP program-designated products through Primarius
- Assist with collection of all YSP orders receiving documentation (BOLs/PO copies/order files)
- Collaborate with YSP staff and the Procurement Coordinator to ensure product stock is adequate for YSP program distribution channels
- Provide regular, timely, thorough, and accurate compliance and YSP inventory reporting
- Assist warehouse with pulling orders consisting of dry, refrigerated, frozen products.
- Compliance: SHFB Audits/Warehouse/Fleet Maintenance
- Prepare pre-Trip Inspections/Logs, vehicle maintenance for YSP vehicles, equipment
- Maintain required vehicle inspection reports, cleaning and safety logs, and ensure that all SHFB policies related to truck maintenance and documentation are in order
- Prepare for any and all audits of SHFB, grant requirements, and distribution of information
- Read, understand, and follow the GMP handbook and pass a ServSafe Food Safety training
- Collaborate with YSP staff and Operations/Facilities staff to ensure department compliance with Feeding America, AIB, TDOT, OSHA, 3rd Party audits, USDA, etc.
- Prepare YSP storage and staging areas for Warehouse/Food Safety audit compliance
- Assist in inventory counts
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to partner sites, volunteers, vendors, donors, and/or other food bank staff—including a timely response to phone calls and emails
- Assist Programs, Operations, Warehouse, and other departments as needed to pick up or deliver orders, assist with equipment transfers, etc. (Commercial truck driving experience and current, relevant certifications preferred)
- Support and assist the Development staff as needed in Food for Kids and Senior Outreach-related fundraising events, promotions, and campaigns
- Janitorial responsibilities: sweeping, dusting, floor mopping, floor scrubbing, trash disposal, cleaning of entire outside campus, any tasks your supervisor requests
Required Skills:
- Ability to work with Programs staff to achieve program objectives
- Ability to prioritize program and organizational compliance and order fulfillment needs
- Competence with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, internet browsing, etc.
- Ability to safely operate/maintain company vehicles and other equipment as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- F Endorsement Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card required

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must also be able to work in both a hot and cold environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Required and preferred educational qualifications.
- Experience: Minimum and preferred years of experience and relevant industries.
- Skills: Essential technical and soft skills.
- Certifications: Driver license/with F endorsement, Certification for forklift, reach lift, electric pallet jack, and ride-on electric pallet jack
- Competencies: Key competencies and behaviors expected in the role.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: Primarily warehouse environment with regular work in freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas, exposure to varying temperatures, equipment, and forklift traffic; occasional office work as needed. Driver fill-in as needed.
- Work Schedule: Monday -Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm

Pay: $43,680.00 – $46,800.00 per year
