Position: 2 X Client Relations Consultant : Pinetown
Location: Pinetown
The purpose of a Customer Relations Consultant is to protect the Region and Company’s revenue from risk of loss or reduction of portfolio. To represent the Region and Company to existing customers in pursuit of business retention, and actively seek portfolio growth opportunities. To achieve Retention and growth targets, and annual KPI’s.
Requirements
KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achievement and improve retention targets and perform in line with Key Performance Indicators set for annual period
Make every effort to encourage our existing client base to retain our services by building and maintaining professional client relationships, and draw from regional support where required
Building relationships with operations to achieve good retention and growth rates on allocated portfolio
Maintain accurate and regularly updated surveys to ensure appropriate service profiles and information record
Complete and maintain up to date site risk assessments – inform Operations team of any changes to allow safe practice at all times.
Be responsible for all price adjustments to client profile – MPI negotiation.
Develop secondary decision making contact within client’s business
Develop a relationship tier integrating customer stakeholders and RISA responsible parties
Maintain complete records of all activities regarding customer, creating a relevant and factual data base
Actively develop service range expansion to client portfolio – Portfolio growth
Account Reviews to be done and recorded on Account review system
Tracking of Risk and growth opportunities on Master Losses and CRC tracker
Attend branch and sales meetings as and when required
Support and action Risk and Opportunity related Disputes
Assist AR with account related problems on allocated customer base
Assist with customer relationship training if required
Resign allocated customers minimize risk as well as focus on cross divisional sales opportunities.
Ensure that you complete 100% of all your Account reviews by year end.
Manage all tickets as per KPI and time lines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Matric
Tertiary Qualification an advantage.
Business to business sales external meeting
Minimum 12 – 24 months of proven experience in similar role
Computer literacy – MS Office, Windows, Internet tools
Customer care – retention of sales
Sales experience in Service Industry
