Position: Permanent – Workshop Supervisor

Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of workmanship.
Manage and coordinate a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
Diagnose mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
Schedule and allocate work to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of vehicles/machinery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
Implement and improve workshop processes to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle customer queries, provide expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on workshop performance, budgets, and expenditures.
Conduct staff training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Proven experience in a similar workshop supervisory role.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle/machinery repair and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of workshop safety procedures and compliance standards.
Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.
