Job Description:
Black Wolf Motor Group is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality service, and lead a skilled team of mechanics. If you have strong technical expertise and leadership abilities, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
Manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff
Assign jobs, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion of repairs
Perform quality control checks on vehicle repairs and servicing
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
Maintain inventory, order parts, and optimize workshop resources
Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise when needed
Handle customer inquiries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
Requirements:
️ Minimum 5 years of experience in a workshop management or senior mechanic role
️ Strong knowledge of vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance
️ Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
️ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
️ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
️ Automotive-related qualification or certification preferred
️ Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
