Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to lead, innovate, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a dynamic and technically strong leader to join our team.
About the Role
This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects, people, and processes. You will play a critical role in optimizing performance, improving designs, and ensuring cost-effective engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage workshop teams
- Drive problem-solving and conflict resolution initiatives
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion
- Ensure effective cost analysis and product design integration
- Improve processes, equipment, and overall operational efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering best practices
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience with proven leadership capability
- Strong technical knowledge of rotating machinery and engineering principles
- Solid understanding of scientific problem-solving methods
- Proven ability in cost analysis and product design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills (able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Professional and composed in high-stress environments
- Valid driver’s license and passport required
