Our client is seeking a hands-on Workshop Supervisor / Fabrication Team Leader to oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day operations of a steel fabrication workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time, and maintaining high manufacturing standards
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ welding and fabrication experience
- Proven experience in:
- CO2 Welding
- MIG Welding
- TIG Welding
- Arc Welding
- Ability to read, interpret, and manufacture directly from technical drawings
- Experience marking out drawings accurately onto steel for fabrication
- Previous experience supervising or leading a workshop team
