Take charge of a busy trailer workshop and lead a skilled team that keeps vehicles safe and running.
This permanent, full time role reports directly to the Workshop Consultant. You will control daily workshop operations, supervise and coach your team, and sign off every job to a high standard before it reaches the client.
What you will bring:
A qualified mechanic background with strong trailer experience
At least two years of driving experience and five years working with trailers
Proven supervising skills, from planning and delegating to motivating your team
Confidence liaising directly with clients and suppliers
Salary: R18,000 per month
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Start Date: ASAP
