Momentum Outreach Group is seeking a full-time Wireless Team Member who enjoys creating positive customer experiences and pursuing new sales opportunities. The Wireless Team Member represents Fios by helping customers explore available internet choices and understand how those services may fit their needs.
As a Wireless Team Member, you’ll help build stronger communities by keeping our customers connected. You’ll receive ongoing training that prepares you to represent Verizon Fios with professionalism and care. The Wireless Team Member then works in person with customers, introducing them to Verizon Fios solutions that bring them closer to what matters
Role Responsibilities of the Wireless Team Member
- Connect with customers in person by presenting the practical advantages of Verizon Fios for better connectivity, speed, and viewing experiences.
- Personally recommend Verizon Fios plans thoughtfully tailored to different customer needs while actively supporting sales growth.
- Help drive in-person sales by turning genuine sales conversations into clear, satisfying, and well-matched Verizon Fios solutions.
- Address customer questions about Verizon Fios with clarity, patience, and genuine care that builds lasting trust.
- Showcase attractive Verizon Fios promotions designed to maximize value and create positive momentum in sales conversations.
- Partner with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and create consistently positive, memorable experiences.
