Position: Wireless Network (Back Office)
A) Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of wireless products (including GU, CDMA<E and TDD);
B) Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.
C) Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
A) Handles the faults escalated from the front line of wireless products.(Management)
B) Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third line of technical support.(Management)
C) Conducts preventive maintenance of wireless products.(Management)
D) Provides optimization suggestions or solutions based on wireless network problems
