- You’ll handle escalated issues and bring fast, reliable resolutions across Windows and Microsoft platforms.
Keep Systems Stable
- You’ll monitor performance, prevent issues before they happen, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Own the Microsoft Stack
- From Office 365 to Azure, Intune, and SharePoint, you’ll manage users, access, and configurations with precision.
Drive Order Behind the Scenes
- You’ll document fixes, improve processes, and create systems others can rely on.
What You Bring
- Experience in L2 support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint
- Confidence in troubleshooting user, access, and system issues
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud identity tools
- Clear communication and strong documentation skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
