Key Responsibilities
- Professionally install ProVia windows, doors, and related products.
- Review work orders and confirm the customer’s installation requirements before beginning each project.
- Remove existing windows and doors carefully while protecting the customer’s property.
- Properly measure, level, shim, fasten, insulate, seal, caulk, and finish each installation.
- Follow ProVia installation specifications and applicable Residential Osha and Lead safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the project.
- Handle products, tools, furniture, walls, floors, and customer belongings with exceptional care.
- Identify installation problems or unexpected jobsite conditions and report them promptly.
- Complete a final quality inspection and customer walkthrough before leaving the property and help them sign the completion certificate and clean work practice check list.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with homeowners, supervisors, and team members.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and consistently achieve strong customer-satisfaction survey results.
- Arrive on time, prepared, properly dressed, and ready to work every scheduled day.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company materials in good working condition.
- Follow all company policies, OSHA guidelines, Lead Safety requirements, and jobsite safety procedures.
Pay: $160.00 – $250.00 per day

Previous residential window and door installation experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with ProVia products is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Dependable, responsible, punctual, and respectful.
Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team.
Ability to read measurements and use standard installation tools safely.
Valid driver’s license required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry windows, doors, tools, and construction materials safely.
Comfortable working outdoors, using ladders, and performing physically demanding tasks.
