Position:We are seeking a professional Window & Door installer to replace windows, doors, and siding on residential homes. The role will also involve light carpentry, including framing, trim, and exterior finishing. Experience using a metal brake is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities Install residential windows accurately and securely. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, including adjustments, hardware replacement, and sealing. Team Player. Provide quality workmanship and attention to detail. Operate power tools safely and effectively onsite. Travel regularly to multiple installation locations within 1/2 hour of our shop location. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles to be in good working order. Suggest improvements to installation methods, product handling, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications: Previous experience in window & door installation required (replacement windows and siding preferred)
- Strong experience in carpentry, framing, and trim work preferred.
- Skill to operate a metal brake for aluminum trim work is a plus
- Ability to identify and resolve installation or product issues.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding as needed.
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
