Window Cleaning Technician | Performance Pay | $18 Training Pay

We are big on accountability and performance-based pay. You will start at $18/hour during training. After successfully completing approximately one month of training, you will be eligible for our performance pay program.
Many of our technicians earn around $25/hour before tips, upsells, and additional bonuses. Your performance directly impacts what you can earn.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, competitive, self-motivated, and interested in building a long-term career with our company.
This is not a slow-paced job. You will work independently at customers’ homes, manage your own route, communicate directly with customers, recommend additional services when appropriate, and be responsible for providing excellent results without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
No window cleaning experience is required. We can teach you how to clean windows. We are much more interested in finding someone who is dependable, coachable, efficient, professional, and wants to continuously improve.
Responsibilities
- Residential window cleaning
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Screen cleaning
- Window track cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Residential soft washing
- Pressure washing
- Communicating directly with customers
- Recommending appropriate additional services
- Following job checklists and company procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized company vehicle
- Maintaining equipment
- Identifying and communicating property or window issues
- Working safely with ladders, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Completing work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Providing every customer with a five-star experience

Applicants must be able to pass required background, motor vehicle, and other applicable pre-employment screening.
Compensation
Training: $18/hour
After training: Performance-based compensation
Many successful technicians earn approximately $25/hour before tips, upsells, and bonuses.
