Position: Wfs Junior Product Consultant- East Rand Mall –
To optimise the selling of Financial Services products to customers through the store channel by integrating with the store staff, supporting their selling activities, and enhancing store and customer relationships in line with sales strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Assist with the implementation of Sales operating plans in stores, aligned with business strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage personal sales activities in accordance with sales targets and performance measures.
Ensure compliance with customer service and sales policies, procedures, and operating plans; highlight operational risks and escalate to the Regional Sales Manager.
Collaborate with ROG and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Produce accurate and timely reports and communications on FS product sales results, including customer base growth and promotional activities.
Communicate operational activities within the store sales environment accurately.
Support the change process during the implementation of improvements in products, processes, and systems.
REQUIREMENTS FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Strong sales focus with the ability to build good relationships with people.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
Must meet FAIS Fit & Proper requirements and maintain this status throughout employment with WFS.
