Website & Showroom Administrator
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Website & Showroom Administrator. This is a key role that bridges our online and physical store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery, while supporting the team with administrative and logistical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Administration:
– Manage and respond to incoming website email inquiries and order requests.
– Oversee the online calendar and manage bookings made through the website.
– Process customer orders from online enquiry to final payment and coordinate with relevant manufacturers to place orders.
– Monitor and follow up on production lead times and delivery logistics.
– Regularly update website content including product listings, availability, and visuals to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Logistics & Order Management:
– Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding order placements, timelines, and deliveries.
– Maintain accurate records of stock movements and product orders.
– Liaise with the delivery team to arrange customer deliveries or collections.
Showroom Administrative Support:
– Assist in the showroom with quoting, invoicing, and general admin support.
– Help maintain accurate stock records and ensure products on display reflect current inventory.
– Provide back-end support to the sales team, ensuring all orders and client requests are processed efficiently.
Key Requirements:
– Strong administrative and organisational skills.
– Comfortable working with website platforms.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Basic understanding of stock control and logistics processes.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and Xero
– High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
– A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to support wherever needed.
Bonus:
– Experience in interior design, furniture, or décor retail would be an advantage.
