REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Web Development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong SQL skills with experience in building reports and dashboards (Power BI preferred)
Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML/CSS and CMS systems
Experience with nop Commerce, Asana, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, JIRA) is advantageous
Proficiency in Quality Assurance software to ensure high-quality deliverables
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-working abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Positive, “let’s go!” attitude, with a drive to succeed in a team setting
DUTIES:
Content Management:
Oversee the editing, flow, and publishing of web content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and analysts to develop and update website content.
Website Development and Maintenance:
Work closely with developers to implement and update website features and functionalities.
Conduct regular audits to ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness.
Data Management and Reporting:
Assist in building custom reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and other tools.
Develop automated data solutions and manage integration with Asana and other systems.
Build and manage reports for internal use and external stakeholders.
User Experience
Optimization
:
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
Implement strategies to enhance user experience, including navigation, layout, and interactive elements.
Quality Assurance
and Compliance:
Test and ensure quality assurance of web content and features before deployment.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, web standards, and best practices.
Collaboration
and
Innovation:
Actively contribute to a senior technical team driving creative change.
Assist in exploring opportunities in AI, data-driven processes, and tech innovation.
