Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team! As a Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. If you’re a go-getter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
– Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
– Present and demonstrate products/services to customers
– Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
– Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to achieve sales goals
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
*Requirements:*
– Proven sales experience (industry-specific experience an asset)
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting sales targets
– Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
