As a Solar Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward while enjoying a dynamic work environment and endless opportunities for growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of solar sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including residential and commercial customers, contractors, and industry partners.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
Stay informed about industry regulations, policies, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in solar sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and installation processes.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
