Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
Matric
2 – 3 years in a water purification position
Knowledge of pumps and related equipment
Good diagnostic abilities to effectively troubleshoot problems.
Familiarity with various water treatment technologies is advantageous; training will be provided for specific systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
Physically fit and healthy for installation tasks
Valid drivers license
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Team player with a collaborative approach
DUTIES
Reporting to the Lead Technician and Sales Manager
Install and maintain water purification systems for residential and commercial clients
Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and system checks to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions for water quality improvement
Educate clients on system use, maintenance, and best practices for water purity
Adhere to all safety standards and regulations during installations and service calls
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
