Check and record all stock levels
Complete a daily usage report
Compile Action Log for each report
Submit the daily pasteurizer report to Account Manager/Technician before shift end
Complete a daily service report for Boilers, Cooling Systems, pasteurizers and Chlorine dioxide
Check and record stock levels at Bulk Concentrate CIP Stations
Check all equipment (ensure spares are kept on site)
Attend morning meetings.
Check for slime and beer foam in the pasteurizer.
Ensure that there is enough bromine in the brominator.
Check and record stock levels at Chemical Stations
Collect samples from Boilers, Cooling systems, Pasteurizers, and chlorine dioxide systems for testing purposes.
Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, and around chemical stations
Clean brominators and PWR sumps during line maintenance days.
Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary
Check if there are enough testing reagents onsite.
Capture data/ concerns from operators
Ensure good housekeeping around the bulk storage areas & Chemical Stations
Oversee the receiving of stock and submit the daily utilities report to
Account Manager/Technician before shift ends

Improvement Initiatives in line with AM’s commitments.
Receiving chemical deliveries from Diversey. Drive a forklift (only if you have been trained). Offloading of chemicals from truck. Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians. Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signage. Chemical containment & storage areas to be kept clean and free of spillages and dirt. Observe dosing lines and pumps for leaks/damages/faults and report immediately to Technician
Daily stock-taking report for all chemicals: if on night shift 6 am and 6 pm. If on dayshift 1 pm. Fill in EBI reports. Fill in the Stock allocation report correctly. Fill in schedules from the line daily and submit them to Planners. Walk the lines and inspect for issues, downtime, spraying patterns of nozzles, and leaks. Remove and clean blocked nozzles. Check salt tank if there is salt present. Top up if required. Check water hardness and record results. Be on the Line when the Line starts up during maintenance. Check chain lube concentration by Titration. Perform COF/drag Test. Perform 50 crate counts. Perform Methylene Blue Testing in conjunction with ABINBEV for verification.
