Royal Restoration is a veteran-owned restoration contractor serving Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. We are seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Crew Chief to lead our emergency-response team.
Responsibilities
- Lead crews on water, fire, mold, and storm-damage projects.
- Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and mold remediation.
- Conduct moisture inspections and create moisture maps.
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and extraction equipment.
- Complete photos, drying logs, equipment records, and job notes.
- Use mitigation software such as MICA, DASH, Matterport, or DocuSketch.
- Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and the office.
- Participate in an after-hours emergency rotation.
Qualifications
- Water mitigation and crew-leadership experience.
- Knowledge of moisture mapping and structural drying.
- Restoration-software experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- IICRC WRT certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
